English Seminar

The English Seminar has two purposes: first, to ready students for the overseas rotation where they will require fluency in medical English to maximize the benefit of their experience, and second, to prepare them for a career that demands continual self-education which is often in the form of English-language journals, texts, and conferences.
Seminars meet weekly and discuss a different topic each month. Following is the syllabus for 2007-08.
